Comparative Advantage of Turkish Olive Oil in Global Markets: An Empirical Analysis

Purpose: This study aims to reveal the comparative advantage of selected countries in olive oil industry. These are main producers and mainly located Mediterranean Seacoast. Spain, Italy, Greece Turkey will be subject this analysis compared with each other terms their export performance industry globally. Olive has a volume around 20 billion Euros every year. Design/methodology/approach: The data for research was collected from World Bank trade ministries countries.
